Harvey was born in Toledo, IL in 1860, and began his career at MSNC in 1904, eventually retiring in 1925. He died in 1942. Student Declaration records

Abstract
The Student Declaration records are composed of cards, arranged alphabetically, that include each student's name, signature certifying their intention to teach in the state of Michigan, their home residence, and church. On the back of each card is a transcript demonstrating their completion of coursework; included is the course title, date, grade, and the initials of the teacher.
